Domestic (UK) Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Times

We process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is going to be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

If your order contains a large number of personalised items, then this may also require additional days to process. We will contact you to discuss this to ensure this is acceptable.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is shipped. This will contain your tracking number(s).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48

Shipment cost: £3 for small items (e.g. cards and luggage handle covers). £4 for bulkier items such as drinks bottles and glasses.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Express Delivery

Should you require your order urgently, then please get in touch. There may be an additional charge for this service.

Local Delivery: CW11 Postcodes Only

We deliver locally free of charge. This option will become available once you enter your postcode on the checkout.

Free Shipping Codes

We may, from time to time, offer free shipping codes. These offers can be withdrawn at any time. Free shipping codes are limited to one per customer, unless otherwise stated. If we suspect a code is being misused then we reserve the right to withdraw the offer and cancel your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Sweet Caroline's Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and we will guide you through the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the product.
